ENGEN CHAMP OF CHAMPS PRODUCES MOUTH-WATERING WEEKEND OF YOUTH FOOTBALL IN TSHWANE

07 October 2025 – The City of Tshwane will be the centre of youth football attraction this weekend following Engen’s official draw of the 2025 Engen Champ of Champs in  set to take place at the High Performance Centre.

The High Performance Centre plays host to this year’s Engen Champ of Champs kicking off on Friday, 10 October with the finals set for 12 October.

Bringing together provincial winners of the Engen Knockout Challenge from across the country, this weekend’s Engen Champ of Champs will see new champions being crowned in both the Girls U-20 and Boys U-18 division following last season’s winners, Kaizer Chiefs as well as Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies being knockout out.

Group A of the Girls U-20 Draw will see Royal Wizards, Durban Ladies, Sisters FC, East High Girls Academy and Ixias Ladies FC.

Former winners, University of Johannesburg healine a tough Group B consisting of City Lads, Cape Town Roses as well as Mafikeng Ladies.

The Boys Division produced equally enticing outcomes in both groups. East High Boys Academy, Panorama FC, Junior Birds FC, Postmasburg FC and Bakgaga United all make the five teams in Group A where the top two finishers will advance to the semi-finals.

Group B sees Cape Town City FC, Potch Academy, Kusekhaya Football Academy as well as Chippa United all contesting a knockout spot in Group B.

In addition to the coveted Engen Champ of Champs, both winners will receive R 30 000  in prize money.

The first rounds of fixtures will kick off on Friday at 08h00 at the High Performance Centre in Tshwane, with fixtures set to take place throughout the day.
