The promoter of this competition is Engen Petroleum Ltd. (“Engen”).

Competition Period

The competition opens on Friday, 13 December 2025, and closes on Tuesday, 17 December

2025, at 12:00 (SAST).

Entries received after this time will not be considered.

Eligibility

• The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
• Only participants based in the cities where the matches will be hosted are eligible to win (Cape Town for the Stormers vs Lions match and Durban for the Sharks vs Bulls match).
• Employees, directors, agents, and consultants of Engen, its subsidiaries, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
•  Participants must have access to Instagram or Facebook to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Follow @EngenSports on Instagram or Facebook.

2. Tag the friend they would take to the game.

3. Comment which match they would like to attend:

• Stormers vs Lions (Cape Town) OR
• Sharks vs Bulls (Durban)

Additional Conditions

• Only one entry per person will be considered.
• Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted.
• Incomplete, incorrect, or ineligible entries will be disqualified.

Prize

• There are 10 double tickets per match to be won (i.e. 10 winners for each game).
• Each winner will receive 2 (two) tickets to one of the matches taking place on Friday,

19 December 2025:

• DHL Stormers vs Emirates Lions (Cape Town)
• Hollywoodbets Sharks vs Vodacom Bulls (Durban)

The prize does not include transport, accommodation, meals, parking, or any additional expenses.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be drawn randomly from all valid entries on Wednesday, 18 December 2025.
• Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram or Facebook.
• Winners must respond within 5 hours of being contacted to confirm acceptance of the prize by providing their Name, Surname, Contact Number, Email, and Physical Address.
• Failure to respond within 5 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize Collection

• Tickets will be issued electronically via Ticketpro.
• It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they can access and use the Ticketpro tickets.
• Tickets must be scanned at stadium gates for entry.
• Engen will not be responsible for any issues related to Ticketpro access or functionality.

General

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Engen reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
• By entering, participants grant Engen permission to use their names, images, and submitted content for marketing and publicity purposes without compensation.
• Engen is not responsible for technical failures, incomplete or incorrect entries, or other issues beyond its reasonable control.

Data Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with Engen’s Privacy Policy.
