ENGEN WELCOMES BOK LEGEND WILLIE LE ROUX AS NEW BRAND AMBASSADOR 

Engen is proud to announce the signing of Springbok rugby legend Willie le Roux as the company’s newest brand ambassador, marking another exciting chapter in our support for South African sporting excellence. 

With 102 international caps (9th on the all-time list of capped Boks) and two Rugby World Cup winners’ medals, le Roux stands among the modern greats of the game. His mercurial style of play, vision, and ability to spark moments of brilliance have made him a fan favourite and an enduring symbol of South Africa’s sporting flair. 

Le Roux joins fellow Springbok icons Eben Etzebeth, Siya Kolisi, Cheslin Kolbe and Tendai “Beast” Mtawarira as official friends of the Engen brand, strengthening a powerhouse line-up that reflects resilience, excellence, and the spirit of possibility that defines South African rugby.
